Colors
Wood floors have a wide selection of color. With custom finishes and stains there is endless possilibities of having a unique wood floor.
Species
More than 50 species are available: Ash white, Cherry, Hickory-Pecan, Mesquite, Oak(in red and white), Marple Sugar/Hard, Pine(in antique heart and southern yellow colors),Walnut(in American Black), Bamboo, Birch, Beech, Brazilian Cherry, Bubinga, Cork, Curmanrı, Dogulas Fir, Cyrepp(Australian), Mahogany, Gum(spotted or Sydney blue), Iroko, Brazilian Maple, Jarrah, Merbau, Tasmanian Oak, Padauk, Purpleheart, Brazilian Ipe Walnut, Wenge, Sapele, Brazilian Teak, Thai-Burmese Teak.
Grades
The appearance of the wood assigns its “grade.”
Select: It contains natural characteristics like knots and color variations.
Clear: Clear wood has almost no defects.
Common: It has more natural characteristics than either clear or select grades. It brings natural features and a different character to a room. That is why it is prefered mostly. Common has light and dark colors, knots on its variegated appearance. Common specifies all wood characteristics of the species.
First: This has the best appearance of all wood grades with a few character marks and natural color variation .
Second: It is variegated with varying sound wood characteristics of species.
Third: Third grade wood carries all wood characteristics of the species.
